Join our Krewe of Creativity for a three-day scrapbook and paper crafting retreat filled with festive Mardi Gras flair, meaningful memory keeping, and uninterrupted creative time.

Your Creative Space

• One 6-foot table and padded chair for the entire weekend

• Seats assigned prior to arrival (groups seated together)

• Electricity available at all tables

• Free hotel Wi-Fi You’ll have your own dedicated space from Thursday morning through Saturday evening.

Event Hours

Doors open at 9:00 AM on Thursday (doors will not open earlier).

From Thursday morning through Saturday evening, you’ll enjoy 50+ hours of creative time.

The crop room opens by 6:00 AM on Friday and Saturday mornings and typically remains open late into the evening.

Supplies may be left at your table overnight.

The room is secured each night when the last participant leaves and reopened in the morning.

On Saturday:

• “Big 3” prize drawings at 4:00 PM

• Crafting continues until 9:00 PM

Big 3 Prize Drawings: Three prizes valued at no less than $75 each.

Each attendee receives three tickets, with additional tickets earned by:

• Attending each day

• Dressing in theme

Shop from my Creative Memories store throughout the weekend. Run a tab or pay as you go.

Meals & Dining

Meals are not included in the retreat registration fee.

For guests staying overnight at the Drury Hotel:

• Complimentary breakfast is provided.

• Evening “Kickback” reception includes rotating menu items and beverages.

The hotel also provides coffee throughout the day and afternoon popcorn in the lobby.

Attendees are welcome to bring snacks for their workspace.

Hotel Accommodations

You are responsible for booking your own hotel room if needed.

A room block is available at a special group rate under Creative Memories.

Booking details will be provided in your confirmation email after registration.

Cost & Registration

Total Cost: $120

Deposit: $40 (non-refundable)

Remaining balance due by January 4, 2027.

There are no partial-day rates.

Tables may not be shared with non-paying attendees.

Seating is limited and retreats often sell out.

Cancellation Policy

• The $40 deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations 30+ days prior receive a refund minus deposit.

• Within 30 days, refunds are issued only if your seat is filled.

• Event fees are not prorated.

Pre-order Creative Memories products to pick up at the retreat (no shipping fees), or order directly through my website.

Beginner Class (optional): Held Wednesday evening prior to retreat start. Details will be emailed to registered participants.
